Delivery & returns
1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Estel Furs orders are delivered Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.
Shipping Times:
EXPRESS (DHL, TNT, EMS):
Greece (Free Shipping): delivery within 2-3 working days
Europe, USA, Russia and rest of the world: delivery within 4-8 working days
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
2. DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery service is carried out by DHL, EMS and TNT (express) for international shipments and within Greece.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities.
We insure each purchase whilst in transit and till the products are delivered to the address you provided us with.
Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility.
Please check that the package is not damaged before signing.
3. TAX AND CUSTOMS
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities.
We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
4. RETURNS
- Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear, bags and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, where provided.
- You have the right to return any item for a refund, within 2 working days of receiving your original order.
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- We will refund the price of the products and not the shipping costs. You can return it to the address you will find on our contact info.
How to return a package
Prepare your package with the returns documents enclosed in your order. Here’s how:
- Attach the Return Label, and a signed Return Note if you received one, to the outside of your box.
- Keep a copy of the Return Label, as you can check the delivery status of your parcel with our carrier using the tracking number provided.
Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery(DHL, TNT, EMS).
- Customised items cannot be returned.
